Allan Gatenby has over 30 years of exceptional leadership experience, holding an M Ed (Leadership & Management), and specialising in change management. He established Sustainability Consultants in 2007..He was recently recognised for his services to the Career Development industry by being included in the 2010 -2011 Stanford Black Book of Who’s Who.

Phill Lovell is an IT and Career Development professional. His IT career spans applications development, project and quality management, while his career development experience includes resource management, skills assessment and career development support to individuals. He is an active member of the professional associations representing his areas of expertise including the Career Development Association of Australia and the Australian Computer Society, as a previous member of the ACS NSW Branch executive he has held national board positions and championed a mentoring program for NSW membership. Having started his career in the UK he has first-hand experience of getting that first job in Australia.

    Need suggestions on how to look for a job with a desired skillset/experience or starting from an entry level even in ( IT ) in Australia or any indian could share his/her experience moved to Australia and working in a desired field and what all challanges occurred.
